Checked with Dad, his squadron was out of Eastmoor which apparently right next to Elvington - his was 432 sqn (6th group - Canadians).

I only live an hour away from Elvington and the people there have been very helpfull with providing pics and info on the Halifax. I did a scenery of the airfiled for CFS2 and it up at SOH somewhere.

All work on the Halifax has been holted due to big real life issues
