Gmax 1.2 will not install help

Hi all
I am trying to install gmax 1.2 but it keeps asking me please insert disc. I ve tried to run it over the top of 1.1 but it will not work, tried to run it of the fs9 disc, still get the same problem. I have uninstalled 1.1 and used regcleaner to remove all entries,still it wont install ,downloaded the file from turbo squid but still can not get it to run HELP

So where is this file actually originating from?  I mean the one off the discs.  Are you trying to run Gmax directly from the disc, or have you plopped the thing on your harddrive and going from there?

Sorry if I'm incoherent.  Its nearly 3 AM over here . . .

Thats alright I'll forgive you , its not quite 10.00pm here,
I have tried running the file from my hard drive and off the disc still no good

This is weird.  I've never heard of Gmax being like that.

Good news, I got it to work etc
Had to use windows install cleaner
