A Question

How do you get a picture added to the backround of Gmax? i did it once before, but can't figure it out again...

THe highly suggested method is to create a plane with the same dimensions as your iamge, and map the image to the texutre.

that is true

gmax has a way of distorting the image size so it fits the viewport. can you imagine the extent of the damage that would cause on your project?:P

happened to me :-[ :-[ :-[ :P

you should take a look at the gmax tutorials, specially the one about textures to learn how to add your image to a plane ;)
