Recommended LOD Poly Sizes

For FS2004, does MS have any guiselines for poly usage at specific LODs?

From the GmaxAircraftCreationDocument, this statement:
"Our models include 6 LODs in our new exterior aircraft (LOD 400, 150, 75, 35, 15, 5). "

I would recommend halving the number at each lower level as a minimum.

For a 40,000 poly aircraft, 40k, 20k, 10k, 5k, 2.5, and 1.75k as a good performer.

A really low poly AI aircraft will have about 2K polys.

I'm makng a single engine ground attack aircraft, so that's more that enough. :)

I didn't think about downloadng SDK's...  To the FS2004 site! :D
