wing fold, tail hook, tail fold

:)Hello i waswondering if anyone can help me i want all my Navy aircraft to have folding wings and working tail hooks how do i go about doing that also i have a gmax S-3B viking that i want to make the tail fold as does the real thing is this also possable? ???

Salcidomd,If the Models were built with them they should work,you might check to be sure you assigned all the buttons to your controller in settings(I have done that before).Ofcourse there are alot of models that don't have them built in.As far as I know you can't add them without the source file.Every once in awhile if an aircraft cfg gets modified alot the commands get left out.You might try adding the commands into the cfg file.as for the S-3B do you have the source file,if you do then you can make it fold.

where can i get the source file? from the original designer?

Salcidomd, That is most usally the only place you can get them(you might check out the "Adopt a Design" here at Simviation, it has a lot of source files).You must have the same program, or be able to Import(mostly Gmax or FSDSv1 and 2 ).Some designers wont let any one have the source files.Goodluck!
