MSXML4.DLL WHAT'S THIS??

WHAT'S GOING ON? WHAT'S THE MEANING WHY DOES IT NOT LOAD IT,CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN ME WHY THE MAKE MDL DISPLAY THIS MESSAGE OF ERROR,I REINSTAL THE PRGM.AND EVEN gMAX PLEASE IF ANY BODY KNOW THE MEANING OF THIS LET ME KNOW    THANKS


P.S.i KNOW WHAT IS AN *.DDL

You can find it in you FS9 root.
Copy it to your windows system or system 32 folder and the exporter should work.

Here is quote from MakeMDL SDK(if you want to design addons for FS this is the first document you are supposed to study):

"For MakeMDL to operate properly, MSXML 4 must be installed on your system.  MSXML 4 can be found on the web site: http://www.microsoft.com."
