has anyone got any easy to use tutorials for making planes and painting taxtures as im a begginer and i cant understand any of the ones which are on the web site. the package im using to make planes is the one included with flight sim 2002 ;)

To build aircraft you'll need to download gmax, its available free on a number of sites on the net. Just do a quick search.
As for design, ask anything you like in this forum, and with regards to repainting slide down to the repainting forum ;)

do you know if you can use paint shop pro 5 instead of 7??

Yes - the basic principles are the same.

Some program specific commands may have changed a little bit between PSP5 and PSP7, but the important thing is being able to work with layers.
