			FSdleExp plugin
I've also been looking for that 

I don't think the SDK's include the FSdleExp Plugin, you need to have FS 2002 Pro
When I hit the link below, it took me to the FS 2004 SDK's, even though the addy say's FS 2002.

			Microsoft took down the SDKs for FS2002 because COF was out. I think you do need professional edition to get FSdleExp but i can remember getting it somewhere else before.
