Aircraft Catapult

Hey guys,

I'm not sure if this goes on scenery design or aircraft design forum, but does anyone know how i can have a working catapult for a plane, not an aircraft carrier based captapult, just a 450 foot long water-filled pipe which compresses the water than releases at incredible speed, ofcourse for flight sim, just a pipe that pulls you along ( no need for water, lol! )
