The real messages are not really at the bottom of the message.
Look at the entire text. You will see a list that has the same message repeating itself. Next to each of those messages, it will tell you which "object" is causing the problem.
Often, you might need to weld some vertices to fix this. Occasionally, you find yourself having to rebuild it in a different way. Or, you find out that you only need to move a vertex so that it is not properly aligned.
In Geometry class, I learned that colenear vertices are caused when 3 [three] vertices are completely alligned with each other.
EX:

O * *O* * O
This is how colenear vertices look like. This is usually caused by either semi-spheres, cones, and possibly cyclinders.
I guess the term "colenear" is possibly similar to the term "collicated" as mentioned in the text file.
