How to joint a line whit a arc line etc etc...

Hi

i beguin a fuselage and i have some glue to ask for you  ;D

im making my fusselage whit section

and i whant a circulare uper fuselage,

so i making an arc whit the spline tool

then making an other box whit the line spline tool for making lower fuselage section. everything its ok for now.

now i whanna join the arc and the line toguether for finishing my section.

how i do that  ???
