			 i wus just gettin the hang of gmax when my PC had a major prob...so i had to reformat and FS2k2 went wit tht...then while my pc's in repair i bout 2k4 and installed it when it came bak and guess wut no GMAX in fs2004 and i dont even have 2002 anymore.......[glb]HELP[/glb]

			You can download Gmax 
http://www.discreet.com/products/gmax/gmaxconsumer/downloads_text.htmlor search for the install program (gmax11.exe) on the FS2004 CDs. Either way you will need to register it online. No gamepack is included with FS2004. I assume this will be part of a future SDK. If you still have the FS2002 CDs you could extract the files from there.

			In my FS9 Disk 1, gmax 1.2, tutorials and help files are in an "Extras" subfolder.
Like Hagar says, the actual converter is not included.

			Then you're (qualified statement) out of luck until Microsoft releases the appropriate SDK.
I say qualified because there *might* be a roundabout way that I want to test before saying yes or no.
(gmax->quake->x->makemdl->FS for those wondering - while it *can* be done, I'm not sure about whether animations and texture information survives)

			aight thanks a lot guys i guess im outa luck till then or maybe juss maybe i could pass it on to any one of ya if u guys wanna switch my files for me...but not yet cuz i frist gotta starts all my projects again
