I am having problems with my alpha.  I export the model from GMAX with "has reflective map" checked.  I make an alpha image from the textures by doing a negitive image in PSP 8.0.  Then loading the texture in "DXTbmp" then importing the alpha image and saving as DXT3 formate.  But when I look at it in FS2002 it is transparent.
What am I doing wrong...
Do I need to set something in gmax in the material editor?

 Oh hay now that I think of it when I have repainted other aircraft thay had the _t.bmp thing.
