			has anyone else had the problem where the CFS3 MOS file editor doesnot work?? how can this be fixed. what happens is when i try to get into it it just gives me an error message "the application failed to initialize properly." i have even tryed re installing CFS3. i have windows XP.
help would be appriciated

			You need to have the M$ NETframework and managed directx installed on your rig.
Best is to install NETframework first and then update your directx.
Some more computer and english-savy guys may give a guide how to install managed directx please.
