not exactly sure what your problem is
it might be a mirroring problem, if you are using regular fsds try mirroring the polygons. if you are using fsds v2 try flipping the polygons

I tend to agree with Bman ... (but don't hold that against him) ...
I think it's a flipped polygons problem.
In polygon mode (F7) select all polygons (key A) then choose "flip all/selected".
remember to "unselect" the polygons (Shift-U) afterwards.
Respawn the model to make sure.
