O&O Defrag 10 - NickN?

After reading some posts about O&O Defrag10, and it's issue with the SPACE defrag, I sent them an email inquiring about it....this is their reply

"thank you for your email. O&O Defrag 10 has no "issue" with the SPACE
defragmentation. How do you come to that information?"

There was no option to use an earlier version as others suggested..:-?

Any clues?

I just emailed them yesterday and they have already responded to me with an authorization for a new license for 8.6.  They were very cooperative.  Did you tell them that you use MS FSX and that's where the SPACE issues come up?
