Hey.
Im looking to over clock my amd athlon 2200+ processor, is there any good guides out there on the internet or anything that would help?
Thanks,
Jimbo

Overlocking is done through the bias.
You can increase the fsb or the multiplier to increase your clock rate. Beaware of tempature increases and make sure you have enough thermal protection.
If you have no idea what a bias is or how to access it, it might be a good idea to read around a bit beofre actually attemping to overlock.

Stage 1: Go to the local Computer shop. Buy a faster processor.
Sorted.......!

Sounds like a good idea!

Bias = BIOS yes??

and then you overclock the new one. LOL.

Then you fry it, buy a new one, fry it, buy a new one, fry it, buy a new one, fry it, buy a new one, fry it, buy a new one, fry it, buy a new one, fry it, buy a new one, fry it, buy a new one, fry it, buy a new one, fry it, buy a new one, fry it, buy a new one, fry it, buy a new one.
