Aerosoft is in the process of making one. But it could be some time yet, don't expect it in a hurry.

Since MS abandoned FS by shutting down ACES it's unlikely there will be a new one. Maybe some other developer will make one but it will never be the next FSX.

So enjoy FSX like I still enjoy FS9. For many years to come.

I imagine that Uncle Bill will stick to programs that are most profitable to his Company...
