I've got a second HDD that I've just added to my machine at home (running XP Home), this HDD came from an XP Pro machine and is setup as a dynamic rather that basic disk. I was wondering if it is possible to change the disk type without losing the data using Partition Magic 8 but it won't seem to let me. Will I have to build my second machine using XP Pro (it is currently my Linux machine) to do this conversion or is there a way around this in XP Home? Both disks are set as NTFS.
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!
