Flight Planning for VHHX

Lets make this short.
Got 9dragons VHHX scenery. Got the 1998 flightplan and used Ttools to install and it works but only default AI fly there. How do I get others to fly there?

Maby you would also need too edit the other traffic BGL files too get them too fly there?
