what i actualy mean is well im starting a VA and i need a data base to keep track of my pilots.
most of the big VA's have these automated pirep systems. so when the pilot files a pirep on his details such as flight time all change so if he/she had 12 hours and he did a 1 hour flight he files his pirep and then his flight time goes up to 13 hours.

i hope you understand what i am trying to say.

Hey I happen to be part of a Big VA that uses a. auto Priep. http://www.bavirtual.co.uk/  I'm not sure exactly who but if you search the administration tab (after the into page) I'm sure you can E-mail someone and they would most likely be happy to help.

I use VAFS, at www.vafinancials.com or you could try these PIREP systems:

VA admin2: http://www.vadmin2.airframe.org.uk/downloads.html
FS Acars: www.satavirtual.org/fsacars.

there are other similar programmes , google can normally find a few.
