"Send to" in word 2003 emailing

"Send to" in word 2003 emailing

Hi all,

when I click on the "email" icon in MS Word 2003, there is no "Send to" shown so that I can send the email.

There is in word 2000 & works.

Can you help how to find it please?         luke
