More Problems

Ever since I took this machine in for a virus and spyware removal, it has run worse than before it went in. Now I have something in my toolbar or whatever it's called along the bottom of the screen called "Mixer." I can't get rid of it, no matter how I click-- right, left or middle of the road. Anybody know what Mixer is?

Could this be it? http://download.soft-406-27128.butterflydownload.com/power-mixer/

If you paid for this service I would take it back & demand they put it right.

Nope. Never seen that before...

The icon is so small it's hard to see exactly what it is. About all I can see is two yellow balloon-like things on either side of a vertical bar of some width with a horizontal bar of lesser width. This entire assemblage is backed by a rectangle of a lighter gray than the previously mentioned bars. I have no idea where I got this Mixer thingy-bob or vot in himmel it does...
