weird problem...

i know, i know, there is too many people asking about sp2.  ;)

okay, i was trying to install sp2 after uninstlling it several weeks ago , but durring the install it said cannot install file- access is denied. ??? i hsve installe dthe sp2 before without a hitch. whats up!?!

just restarted my computer, and tryed to install again, but the same thing happened- ACCSES DENINED!
AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE 3.6ghz, 4gb RAM, Palit GTX 460 1 gb, OCZ 750W, Windows 7 64bit

If you have an XP SP2 disk, just do a repair.

just a sp1 disk, but mabey i'll do a repair of sp1, then install sp2

tryed it, but no luck, still can't install it.

let me explain why i need sp2. i listen to a LOT of music on my  computer, and online, but i like widows media player 11. it is so cool! hopefully i can get to the bottem of this

Well than mabe its time for a reformat. Back up your music, and reformat the drive, and reinstall the drive.

me and my dad have been talking about doing a reformat for a couple of weeks, but i still can't come to a descsion about weather or not i should do it. it just takes a while to put everything back in place. i just don't won't do do such a destructive solution. of well, i'll think about it.
