FS 4 and upgrading

Postby Non_Jetreader2 » Sat May 20, 2006 9:53 am

Anyone,

How do I take my FS4 aircraft files and convert them to FS98?  I already tried running them through the Flight Shop converter.

Sorry dude to ACTUALLY! answer your question, there is no way to convert the aircraft. However there are quite a few FS7 aircraft that are much better than what you have for FS4

Cheers

P.S. If anybody has read my post to the poll question "Do you still play FS98", they will know why I still have both versions. ;)

Airshow_lover,

Just out of curiosity, what is Airventure and where is it held?  It's a 99.9% chance I couldn't go, but I can't know until I ask.

I don't think you can convert FS4 aircraft into FS98.

Just download FS98 aircraft, they will look, and handle better than converted aircraft.

Let's see. . . I have FS4, FS5, & FS95. I used to have FS2 and SubLogic Jet(The predecessor to FS) but lent that system(80286, 12Mhz?) to my brother so his kids could use it for school work. He has since lost it as well as a 100 disk bin full of software. I have been able to replace most of it thanks to eBay. Recently I aquired Chuck Yeager's Advanced Flight Simulator, which was my first flight sim.
I would think if you paused FS4 and tapped the Print Screen key it should be able to load the image in an old version of Paint.
