Western Digital Settlement

As part of a class action suit against Western Digital regarding their hard drive, a settlement was agreed upon in which WD is suppose to provide (download)claimants with a software titled:  "EMC DANTZ Retrospect Express Ver 7.5" I downloaded the software but did not install it until I find out what it is all about. Does anyone know?

It's a backup and recovery utility. Simply Google it for more info.
