Changing the Start button's color?

Postby tiger63 » Fri May 26, 2006 4:00 pm

Is there any way to change the color of the Start button on Windows XP? It's the only spot of green on my desktop, and it's starting to annoy me  >:(

Go to your desktop, right click, appearance, then mod what you wish.

Why not auto-hide the taskbar?

Right-click anywhere on the taskbar & select Properties.

That's the first thing I do when diagnosing a friend's PC. Of course they immediately freak and ask...."Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-You're gonna change that back aren't ya." To which I reply, "Yeah, I just have to temporarily take it out of Windows-for-Illiterates"mode so I can list more files in the same screen space."
