What was the closest you have ever gotten to docking with the Internation Space Station [ISS] in OSFS?

For me: 29.41 kilometers as indicated by the hud in the Delta Glider.

How are you supposed to synch the orbit with the ISS anywho??? I think I got about 100 clicks away from it but I don't know hcih direction to correct my trajectory in.

Also, anyone have the NASSP Apollo addon? I love it but having trouble figuring out how to perform a TLI burn and lunar landing, then redocking the LEM with the CSM in lunar orbit...

I've docked with the ISS.

It took about 2 months of practice, and having the manuall open all the time, but i did it.

It's well worth the effort because of the amazing feeling of accomplishment you get when you finally dock ;)

I still can't make it from the moon to the earth without flying off into space though  ;D ;D ;D

I think i'll dig my copy out and give it a go again.

I actually managed to travel from the moon to the Earth. However, I still can't get close enough to the ISS nor travel to Mars just yet. ;D

i took about a week to learn how to dock with the ISS (after i found a tutorial) and about 6 months before i could land on the moon....

some time ago i managed to complete a successful flight to mars, then back!! :D

the only thing i still dont know how to do is plotting and executing an orbital slingshot... it's the most complex maneuver you can make i think.....

i havent played it lately.... for me, this is one of those games that come and go.....

In which ship? In the Atlantis you have to hold the + key on the numpad until the boosters break off. For the Delta Glider (my favorite)you just take off and up you go. :)
