Here's a little puzzle for you...!
Ever since I added Windows XP, (in addition to my existing Win '98SE), to my computer, every time I dial-up, a VERY ANNOYING site called DerBiz, insists on installing itself in my Windows System Directory, placing its Icon on my desktop, and over-riding my default ISP in my Start > Settings > Control Panel > Internet options > General > Home Page: http://www.freeserve.co.uk.
Even if I delete all reference to it, including the file in my Windows Directory, next time I dial-up there it is again...!
It overrides ALL my Connection Settings and Preferences in Windows XP.
(Note: My Privacy and Security settings are set to "Normal".
Here is an example where it appears*...>>

How can I stop this arse program from taking over my computer without popping round to their bloody place and setting alight to it...?
Also...this site contains a lot of "Adult" material....not good for the Grandchildren..!!
Cheers all...!
Paul The Very Annoyed.
It is interesting to notice that I get more pop-ups in Win XP than ever I do in Win '98SE, even tho' I have installed a "Pop-Up Blocker" to my WIN XP IE tool bar.
If you REALLY want to browse...take care...(Removed the link!)
Take a box of matches and a can of petrol with you...Please...Just for me...LOL...

All helpful suggestions very welcome....including arson...

*This screen-shot was taken with Win '98SE, but a similar option appears in Win XP..
