And for those of you who don't have good enough comps to run HL2, The original Half-Life is still one of the best FPSs available-I'm not kidding. If it was released today it would be an awesome game. It was released in 97, and I still play it every week. Recently named PCGamers #1 game of all time (very well deserved) HL2 was #4.
And ya, HL2 kicks ass.
Same here, still play the original HL2. And HL2 will practically run on any machine. The engine is so frickin optimized. Its runs on a geforce4 mx440 very well at 1280 by 1024 res (of course at dx7 level, so less gfx goodies)








I thought it'd be something like Far Cry where the game just keeps going and going and going... I've never liked multiplayer too much, but, I might check it out now.
