Mine seems to be working fine. The only thing I can suggest is if you have Internet Explorer and use another browser, check that it is not set to "Work Offline"...

There are problems with the network that deals with it. Some people can get on others cant, you might get kicked off if your on, or you might not. Keep trying you might get lucky, its not working for me though.

Wait, is this a popup?

If so, does it say Messenger at the top.

If so, then its a mesenger popup sent with the messenger service.

The messenger service can be disabled to prevent future messenger messages by going to Windows Services and disabling it at startup.

BTW, don't confuse this with windows or MSN messenger as those are chat programs.
