I have the trim wheel and it works as advertised.

I have to unplug it and replug it in whenever I start FSX, but after that it's fine.

It seems a bit sensitive meaning a small amount of trim changes the flight dynamics alot(moreso than the real aircraft I fly), but I think that's an FS setting.

I have it mounted under my desk with velcro tape and it makes a nice addition to my rig so I would give it a thumbs up.
