1. Matrix Orbital active displays ( http://www.matrixorbital.com/ ). Very cool little toys, they can do a whole bunch of things that a sim pilot might want done.
Those with programming skills can do even more...and should probably jump right on top of these so that the programs can be ready when I need them. 
2. Zalman ZM-MFC1 Fan Controller ( http://www.zalman.co.kr/ ). I was looking for a fan controller that would fit nicely into my 'pit. I specifically wanted one that would look the part and seem to belong...this one is the obvious choice with a faceplate just begging to be replaced with something more "aviation".
3. Lilliput RV18-50NP 5'' Rear View Mirror TFT LCD Screen with Camera ( http://www.case-mod.com/store/product_i ... ts_id=1272 ). This gem is a possibility for anyone who is building a fighter cockpit...a real rear-view mirror! I'm not sure if it actually can be used as a computer monitor...but there are modulators out there that would give it the right signal.
