Keyboard Problems

Postby Steven W » Mon Jan 14, 2013 7:35 pm

So I recently bought a Logitech G110 gaming keyboard, and I am really happy with it except for one problem-the backspace key always seems to stick down whenever I press it, which sometimes doesn't do anything, but sometimes it tends to delete whole sections of text. Even as I'm typing this its deleted a couple sentences. If anyone has any solutions on how I can get this fixed, please let me know before I decide to do something drastic and possibly destructive to it  :o

thanks

As i understand it, its new.
Deliver it back from where you bought it, and get a new one.

I gave up buying expensive, fancy QWERTY keyboards long ago...

The internal electronics, etc, always gave up the ghost very quickly.
...and wireless ones...the batteries always ran out while the shops were shut!

Now I buy cheap, wired,
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

no I mean that the physical key itself is sticking down when I push it, I have to flick it a couple times to get it to pop up again
