A little CNC machine

I like to see these things get affordable. I know it's not really a CNC machine, and that it probably stinks the house up with the smell of hot plastic, heck, it could cause a divorce. But I like that things like this are beginning to become closer to our reach.

you quickly realize you have no real need to ever print real-world objects in three dimensions


I disagree with that statement. But then they did not really define 'need'. ::)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

It's really a moot point though, as it is well beyond my budget to needs ratio. ::)
