Its been quite awhile since I have fired up the sim, did a full bleach and reboot a month or two ago and just now starting to install everything again.

Saitec AV8R, 20 to 30 bucks depending where you are. Has 8 toggle positions in mode A and 8 more in mode B. 3 years now and no problems with it. USB powered and easy to set up different profiles for different uses.
