Oh and how hot does your PSU get? or do you think that shouldn't be a problem in this case?
PSU temp appears normal - it's also Antec, 'Earthways 650' and I misspoke - the 300 case is what I have.

Having the PSU mounted at the bottom of the case would actually be better.

It's got a large and effective fan mounted on top.

The main reason why I always build my hardware in a Desktop Case (NOT a Tower).
Heat rises upwards and away from all the other components in the case...and the case fans vent the heat away through the sides!...;)...!
...also easier access for maintenance....lift the lid off and everything is laid out below!

Paul...a Fan of Desktops!... ;D.....!

Overheating on the bottom!.... :o....why are you sitting on it?... :o... ;).... ;D....!

Get a tower, desktop are old, out of date and very crusty. They are generally designed to be compact, so they don't waste all your desk space, only some. I would say they are significantly worse at cooling because they typically have poor cable management, are cramped, and have no provisions for 120mm fans... only loud and ineffective 60mm fans. Good luck fitting a 120mm CPU cooler, modern graphics card, or a normal motherboard in one, also.
