throttle settings

Hi,
today i bought a new joystick but i don't know how to set the throttle button. Can anyone help me?

and what kind of joystick is it?

Throttle "button"?  Usually, there is a "lever" on the base of the joystick (If it's even half way decent).  You should be able to do a "calibrate joystick" from the User Interface "settings anc controls" page.
