need some advice

Hello to all FS enthusiasts

First of all let me introduce myself.
My name is Pedro and I am an Air Traffic Controller in Portugal

Like all of you, I am a flight simulator enthusiast, and in the last years I have used FS9 with my very old P III, and goforce 5250 64MB laptop
with miserable graphics.
Believe it or not I'm having 25 fps with pmdg 737, and of course without heavy add-on sceneries.

I've read many articles here, but each system is unique, and I wanted some advice in what i'am planning.

Specs for new PC:

i7 920 D0 - wanto to OC at 4.0 Ghz with air
Cooler CPU -NOCTUA NH-U12P SE1366
ASUS PT6 ou PT6 SE, the second does not support SLI, but also do not need it. Just want to know if its ok for OC, and is cheaper
BFG GTX 285 OCX
OCZ PC3-12800 PLATINUM 1600MHZ TRI CHANNEL 6GB, 7-7-7-24 - This is low voltage. Is it good for OC ???
HDD - 1x 1TB e 1x 320GB (FSX only ) - I don't want to spend money on a Velociraptoros - the 2 are SATA II
PSU - PC POWER & COOLING SILENCER 750 QUAD
ToWeR - ANTEC 902 - this one is good for OC on air ???

Do you think I'll need a sound card ???

This will cost 1500 EUROS and I really don't want to spend more money.

Now the every one questions

Ola Pedro.
E bom encontrar portugueses nestes forums.

MB - Giga-byte P35 - DS4
Processor - Intel Pentium Dual Core CPU 2.8
