Researching Matrox Triplehead2go

Postby guitarflyer54 » Thu Jan 01, 2009 1:59 pm

Hi,

I looking into the Matrox triplehead2go. Anyone using this product? Will this work with Samsung mdls T220 & T220HD? I understand that this will work w/3 22" monitors(5040x1050) max. I will be buying the  monitors listed above if they will work. Tell me of your experiences with this product. Is there updated software to allow higher resolutions(like 3 24"/26" WS monitors)?

Thanx

the latest software for the digital model of 3head2go will handle widescreen monitors. I have been using the digital edition with 3 22" Samsungs for over a year. Not in front of my flight sim computer, but I think I have backed the settings down to 3080X768, or something close to that. With a Q6600 at 3.2ghz, I can use nhancer on my GTX8800 to get very good picture quality without the load of drawing more pixels at 3800X1000. The same might apply to you with the widescreens. Put your screens about 24" away from you and enjoy the immersive picture.

I've been using it for about 2 months and it works perfectly.

We just switched to a projector at Christmas so I am selling it if you are interested. It's the digital model, just like new, with box, etc. I also have three Acer 22" monitors and the AMAZING Ergotron DS100 three monitor stand for sale. It's all hooked up and ready to use.

PM me....
