New system for FS9 (and possibl[ch65369] FSX later)

Hi. I have just joined the forums and would be grateful if someone could clear up a Direct 9/10 question for me.

I am looking into buying the following system in a month or so with an aim to play FS9, mainly on VATSIM and using FS Passengers.

but just in case you're still reading this.. this computer should run FS9 no problems at all with sliders all the way to the right  ;)

as for FSX, you should be able to do OK with it as long as you set up your system correctly and take your time tweaking FSX and setting up its settings correctly

SubZer0, NickN, thanks for your input. That makes me feel a bit better about shelling out for a new system.

Which driver would you recommend I go with; the 9800 GT or the 9800 GTX?

This is FS9 not FSX so either solution would work

An 8800GT would also work
