GA-P35-DS4 help!!!!!

Hello, im in panic i dont know what else to do.
The problem is SATA drives, i cant make them recognise them
the hd 250 gb WD works because it was in another machine.
I tried the f6 button wile installing windows,so i couold instal the sata drive, i tried what they say (at least what i could understand) to do on the bios.
PLEASE HELP SOME ONE WITH THE SAME MB. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. :-/

Get the motherboard manual and look up the BIOS settings for the hard drive

You must enable the drive in the BIOS and also set it to be the BOOT hard drive
