Chris,
The beeping on boot up is usually a sign of significent hardware trouble.
Likely you managed to loosen a card in a slot, loosen one of the memory chips, plugged in the wrong type of card in the wrong slot, forgot to re-connect a wire or two (like maybe the new video card's fan separate power connection????), or something like that. Or maybe overloaded the power supply?
Or as already mentioned, you might have a bad card even though it is new.
Also...... did you ground yourself before reaching around inside the case?
