Actually, I'd turn it on, and then when it fails to POST, unplug the PSU, undo the case, and then feel for myself (100 degrees isn't unbearable).
If nothing works, those components should work fine, and my friend actually had the same problem, he just RMA'd the motherboard cause it was still under warranty. The problem was solved.
...well to my way of thinking...
100 degrees Fahrenheit is a bit uncomfortable when sitting outside in the Sun...
...whereas, 100 Degrees Centigrade is the boiling pint of water....
...sufficient to boil my Eggs for Breakfast, and for me, a trip to Hospital with 1st degree burns!...
