If everything works fine when set to default clocks but not to your overclocks, then it is most likely your overclocks that are causing the problem.

Overheating? Download a program called Core temp, and also GPU-Z to tell the video temperatures.

Yo guys,
thank you all for replys and suggestions...The core temps are running just fine and do not exceed 55-60 degrees in fairly warm 76-77 degree surrounding in my apartment (using Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro heat sink and fan) when running the sim. The results of prime95 were unstable though...In Blend test (tests some of everything, lots of RAM tested) one of the cores surrendered after 18 minutes
