comp screwed up

My computer is messed up, i have no idea what it is but whenever i play
any game at all there are just random lines of graphic coming out of nowhere, ill try to get a screenshot up in a little bit but here are my specs,

CPU- Intel Pentium 4 at 3.20
Video card- Nvidia 7900 GT 256 mb ddr3
Western Digital 160 gb hd, and Western digital 250 gb hd
2 Gb corsair memory
Intel lakeport g i945g chipset on the mobo

help is greatly appreciated.

heres some examples of what is happening in the Crysis demo along with all my other games

Notice the two graphic lines on the top and bottom of the crosshairs

Lines are to the left of gun and to the right by the mountain

to the right left and above the guns crosshairs

Usually caused by your videocard overheating. Clean it.

Could also be problems with your video card drivers. Uninstall and reinstall them
