...does an XFX 8800GT use? I'm still researching if I have to replace the PSU on my computer to run an XFX 8800GT.
The Core Clock: 670MHz and Memory Clock: 1950MHz

If it's any help, I used to run one on a 550 watt PSU. On the box it says 500 watt or greater.

It's not about watts, it's about the amps on the +12v rail. A stock 8800GT needs about 26 Amps. I couldn't find PSU requirements for the overclocked one, but I would expect 30A would do it. Most modern power supplies can do that, easily. I'd recommend Corsair and PC Power & Cooling power supplies.

So would my Dell 375 watt power supply do? I'm trying to steer clear of replaceing it because I know it will be a pain. Most dell power supplies are unique.

Would it run? Probably. To it's full potential? Probably not

Id say go find a 50-60 dollar 500 watt PSU ( if your strapped for cash). If your not concerned a ton about wiring in your dell ( I wasn't) You can have the new one hooked up and running in about 15-20 min.

No I'm not worried, I've just done it one another Dell there are so many wires. And this is a BTX form factor motherboard... I'll probably go with a nice modular powersupply. Although, I might just drop this and get a Q6600 Quad instead. That I know I woun't have to mod anything. My E6600 Duo is kind of slow and I can't overclock it so, I might just upgrade the processer. Or just do both!

8800GT uses 150W at full load. A rubbish Dell 375W isn't sufficient, replace it with a 500W quality PSU.

Turn off your computer, lay the computer on its side, FORCE the RUBBISH DELL clamshell case to open and then look at the power supply. It should have a list of all the amperages and so on..... Look at the +12v. 8800GT stock needs 26A. Unless it can supply ATLEAST 28 amps through the +12v rails, I would get a new powersupply. Also, see the massive plug running from the power supply into the motherboard? Is it 20 pin or 24pin? If you get a new power supply, make sure it has the same amount of pins as the motherboard. 20+4 works with both 20 and 24pin motherboards.

I had an old Dell 8400, the 350 watt powersupply has two +12v rails, each with 18A, some 450 watts cannot do that So it MAY work. Anyway, the Dell eventually blew up, we thought it was powersupply, so we dropped a new one in. It fit into the case fine, the only modification nessesary was a few holes drilled into the back of the case to let the On and off button for the powersupply poke through - computer worked fine.

So it MAY work. If any of your friends have computers that aren't Dell, go to there place and drop there power supply into your computer just to see if it will fit. Or you can try googleing your Dell computer model and check if anyone else has changed the power supply in theres.

IF the power supply is too weak, AND other power supplies do NOT fit, then make it fit. PC power & Cooling make dedicated Dell replacements.

If the power supply is too weak, and other power supplies do fit, then Corsair and PC Power & Cooling are the way to go.

If the power supply can supply over 28 amps through the +12v rails, then it would probably run. But I would recommend it.

But most of all, I would recommend you not to get a Dell again. That way, you know exactly what's going into your computer and you get quality parts. And a 8800GT doesn't use 150 watts over power, I'd be surpised if it used more than 100. It's not a 2900XT you know.
