tested it back in January

Wipes the 9650 in the 4GB clock test

and you better have a PSU.. it needs 270watts ALONE to clock that high

its 8% faster than the 9650 and requires almost 100 more watts to do that.. you do the math   :o

World record for a quad is last time I checked, is about 5.8ghz on a QX9650.

Lets be reasonable now, it was 5.5 officially, 5.6 was said to have been done the day before but it was not officially logged, and, it was also not useable in a system being cascade cooler which maintained

My Q6600 at stock speeds running on only one core would probably beat that 5ghz Pentium 4. :) World record for a P4 is over 9ghz.
