ordered my new RAM

I've ordered  my new RAM and this is what type and stuff it is: 333Mhz DDR1 SDRAM 1Gig 184-pin gold platted and it will work with my com it was $40 AUD all up I think i scored a pretty good deal

That should help a lot.

If the old ram is the same speed, it might be able to be used as well, depending on whether your 1gb arrives as 1 x 1gb stick or 2 x 500mb sticks, and whether you configure it in dual channel mode or not.

It's a single stick, i got it 'cause figerd out that 2 512Mb would of been more  And i'm kinda not sure if it'll run with other one?????? oh well i'll settle with   1Gig
