What card is likely to give more gaming performance a 128mb geforce 6600gt or a 512mb 7300gt? (my dad got an unneeded 7300gt from his work)
I know the 7300gt has slower clock speeds (but also 4x the memory), what sort of heat would it give off at factory clock settings and how much could it (estimation ofcourse) be safely overclocked, also would a evercool cyclone (VC-RF) universal VGA cooler be much better than the stock cooler (if so how much)

p.s. system spec is in my sig, everything should be correct except for ram which is 1.5 gb pc2700
pps. would i get more performance from 1gb pc3200 or 1.5gb running at pc2700? (i.e. ingame performance/ minimum lag if im minimising and maximising etc)
